As a solution to these problems, the author built an application, namely the Mobile-based Tajweed Learning Application to help users (Muslims) to be able to learn recitation correctly, and be able to communicate with teachers who will guide users to apply it in reading the Qur'an in tartil (good and right). To interpret the verses of the Qur'an must be accompanied by tajwid so that the meaning of the reading is perfect. They can only read the Koran, without accompanying the law of recitation of the verse reading. Tujuan ilmu tajwid ialah memelihara bacaan Al-Quran dari kesalahan dan perubahan serta memelihara lisan (mulut) dari kesalahan membaca.

Many people (Muslims) do not know what recitation is and how to recite the verses of the Qur'an in accordance with tajwid. Ilmu Tajwid ialah pengetahuan tentang kaidah serta cara-cara membaca Al-Quran dengan sebaik-baiknya. The science of recitation is more popular among students or Islamic boarding schools only. The science of Tajweed is taught only a little in schools, usually only inserted in Islamic Religious Education lessons. Reading the Qur'an with tartil (according to the science of Tajweed) is obligatory for every Muslim. Seseorang yang ingin belajar membaca al-Quran atau belajar Ilmu Tajwid disyaratkan untuk talaqqi dan musyafahah. Tradisi ini terus berjalan dari masa ke masa dan menjadi standar utama dalam belajar al-Quran.

Tajweed is knowledge to learn ways to read the Qur'an in tartil or good and right, so that its meaning is perfect. Meskipun Ilmu Tajwid belum menjadi suatu bahasan Ilmu, namun para sahabat dengan mahir membaca al-Quran sesuai Ilmu Tajwid.
